Each month Mark Hix hosts exclusive carving masterclasses at Brown’s Hotel, celebrating this quintessentially British skill. Renowned for his passion for local produce, Mark Hix shares his wealth of experience with guests, teaching them the forgotten art of carving in an intimate dining room setting. Classes are 2 hours long and cost £185 per person. Enjoy a feast of sharing starters and all the featured cuts of meat with wines to match, followed by dessert – and get hands on with the carving! Each guests will take home a goody bag including a signed cookbook and Brown’s apron.
Classes are held between 6pm – 8pm, dinner is included. There will be a maximum of ten guests at each masterclass.
