Join Mark Hix and restaurant manager Markus Savage when they host an exclusive series of dinners and carving masterclasses at Brown’s Hotel. Guests will have the opportunity to share dinner with Mark and Markus, gaining insight into hosting the perfect dinner party, selecting the ideal wine pairings for each course and carving several cuts of meat.
Classes are 2 hours long and cost £185 per person. Enjoy a feast of sharing starters and all the featured cuts of meat with wines to match, followed by dessert Each guests will take home a goody bag including a signed cookbook and Brown’s apron.
Classes are held between 6pm – 8pm, dinner is included. There will be a maximum of ten guests at each masterclass.

“We had a great time at the carving class. We had good food and good company. The game theme was an unexpected and pleasant surpise… although Andrew now claims that he has the perfect excuse for his carving to still be imperfect unless I start cooking muntjak!
