HIX Festive Celebration

Following the success of the HIX Oyster Celebration in September, HIX Oyster and Chop House will be celebrating more British seasonal ingredients at our Festive Celebration.

Spend time with Mark Hix and the producers of our carefully sourced ingredients with talks and tastings from Chef Valentine Warner, co-creator of Hepple Gin, sip on a pure milk vodka cocktail with Black Cow’s Archie and taste your way through a selection of Somerset Cider Brandies from Julian Temperley.

Food stands around the room will be serving an array of seasonal treats including natural and cooked oysters,  truffled capon from the trolley, Peter  Hannan’s sugar pit beef ribs, British cheeses with Somerset membrillo  and mincemeat meringues.

Join us for a spiced cider and mulled wine, or start the festive period with a glass of Hambledon sparkling wine.
