HIX 10 Year Celebration

Join Mark Hix and the team of HIX Oyster & Chop House to celebrate ten years of HIX.

To mark the occasion, we will be hosting a daytime celebration on Saturday 28th April serving classic HIX dishes and drinks throughout the afternoon.

HIX menus are built around the long-established, personal relationships that Mark has with his suppliers and so it’s only fitting that Mark will be joined by guest hosts including Julian Temperley (Somerset Cider Brandy), Peter Hannan (Glenarm Estate beef), Chris Chinn (Wye Valley asparagus), Robin Hancock (Wright Brothers) and Darren Batten (Masterbrewer of Palmers Brewery HIX beers)

Meet the producers, chat with Mark and enjoy plenty of conversation, talks and tastings, all compered by Bloomberg’s food critic Richard Vines.

Expect British Oysters, chops, seasonal asparagus and desserts alongside Tonnix wine, HIX Beers and much more.
