Above Tramshed sits Mark’s Kitchen Library, an intimate chefs table for 12 guests, surrounded by Mark’s personal cookbook collection. Nestled underneath the cow is Mark’s CNB Gallery, dedicated to showing the work of both established and up-and-coming artists with 12 exhibitions a year headed up by Gallery Director, Rebecca Lidert.
