Set in the heart of bustling Shoreditch, this is a fast-paced restaurant, which serves chicken and steak under the watchful eye of Damien Hirst’s iconic Cock ‘n’ Bull installation.
You will support the managers in the day to day running of a very busy site ensuring the highest level of customer service is always delivered. You will be a strong leader with excellent communication and motivational skills. You must have great attention to detail and the ability to work in a demanding environment. Experience in a similar role and a strong command of English is essential.
This is a great opportunity to work with chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix, who has restaurants in London and Dorset, all serving the best of British seasonal produce.
