We are currently seeking experienced and charismatic General Manager at Mark’s first solo restaurant HIX Oyster & Chop House, now celebrating its eleventh year. This is a great opportunity to work with chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix.
The right person will be a professional, customer-focused and possess strong attention to detail.
Experience in a similar role and a strong command of English is essential. You will be a creative, skilled and enthusiastic team player with exceptional customer service and leadership skills and able to cope in a demanding role.
