We are currently seeking an experienced and charismatic Assistant Restaurant Manager to work at HIX Soho in London’s West End. This is a great opportunity to work with chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix. HIX Soho serves simply cooked fish and shellfish dishes alongside British steaks and chops in a newly refurbished dining room boasting an eclectic collection of mobiles and neons from celebrated British artists. Hidden downstairs is Mark’s Bar, where fascinating concoctions are infused along with classic libations.
Experience in a similar role and a strong command of English is essential. You will be a skilled and enthusiastic team player with exceptional customer service skills and able to cope in a demanding role, whilst motivating your team. Have exceptional food and beverage knowledge as well as a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build a rapport and relationships to create lasting memories and guest experiences.
