This is a great opportunity to work with chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix, all serving the best of British seasonal produce.
The successful candidate will be a team player with energy, enthusiasm and a passion for cooking with at least two years’ experience in a similar role. We try to promote from within, so with other restaurants in the group there’s plenty of opportunity for progression.
