Fish Tales and Tonnix – with Mark Hix and Mitch Tonks

It’s hard to believe that a decade has passed since we opened the doors to HIX Oyster & Fish House in Lyme Regis, near Mark’s native town of West Bay. Since then the Fish house has seen the creation of the HIX Fix, HIX beers, Tonnix wines and Mark’s Kitchen Table, which are still enjoyed today.

To mark the occasion Mark will be hosting a special dinner with South West chef Mitch Tonks, who is also celebrating his 10 year anniversary of The Seahorse in Dartmouth this year.

Join Mark and Mitch on Monday 25th June for a celebratory dinner. With plenty of time to chat to  Mark and Mitch as they share many a tale of their life in food and travels they have enjoyed together over the years.  A welcome drink will be followed by a 4-course menu from the two chefs, paired with Tonnix wine.
