Join Mark Hix, drinks expert Stuart Bale and our very own Dustin MacMillan this autumn for a series of food and drink pairings in Mark’s Kitchen Library – our unique space above Tramshed.
Each event will showcase 4 seasonal cocktails paired to Mark Hix’s mini dishes using the best of British seasonal ingredients, created especially for this one-off event.
Each event will start at 7pm in Mark’s Kitchen Library which houses Mark’s impressive personal cookbook collection, alongside artworks and curiosities. With plenty of time to chat to Mark while he cooks in this secret hideaway, Stu and Dustin will talk through their seasonal creations explaining the techniques and flavours of the spirits.
