For St Patrick’s Day this year, Roe & Co Irish Whiskey and Mark’s Bar, Bankside are hosting the ultimate celebration, on Tuesday 17th March at 7pm
Throughout the year, we are working with our producers to create a series of events for you. On the evening of 17th March we will be serving an exclusive menu of Irish produce, paired with Roe & Co cocktails between 7pm and 9pm. On the evening of St Patrick’s Day, guests will have the chance to taste a selection of mini dishes, featuring Peter Hannan’s Glenarm Estate beef and sugar pit pork, paired with four Roe & Co whiskey cocktails. There will also be a tasting table, where guests will have the opportunity to make their own Roe & Co cocktails, with Brand Ambassador Kirsten Jarin.
The ticketed event will be taking place in Mark’s Bar, Bankside and the unmissable menu will include:
Irish Highball – Roe & Co, peppermint tea, soda paired with stout-battered Dublin Bay prawns, with spicy tartare sauce
Brothers in Arms – Roe & Co, Grand Mariner, Benedictine, lemon paired with Peter Hannan’s sugar-pit pork ribs, with colcannon
The Dubliner – Roe & Co, sweet vermouth, bitters paired with Glenarm Estate striploin and bearnaise sauce
What’s the Craic – Roe & Co, lemon, ginger, honey paired with carrageen moss and rhubarb pudding
